Just Quit may send marketing, promotional, educational, informational, customer-support, service-related, and account-related text messages.
Messages may include information about Just Quit services, programs, content, promotions, reminders, updates, offers, account activity, and customer-support communications.
When you enroll in the messaging program, we may send you an initial message confirming your subscription.
By providing your mobile telephone number and expressly opting in to the Just Quit messaging program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from or on behalf of Just Quit at the telephone number you provided.
Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile telephone number provided and that you are authorized to provide consent for messages to be sent to that number.
Consent to receive SMS messages is separate from consent to receive email marketing communications.
Message frequency varies depending on your activity, interactions with Just Quit, communication preferences, and the campaigns or services in which you participate.
We may increase or decrease message frequency at any time. We may also change the telephone number, short code, long code, or alphanumeric sender used to send messages.
Message and data rates may apply.
Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging, data, and other charges may apply to messages sent by or received from Just Quit. Contact your mobile carrier if you have questions about your messaging or data plan.
You may cancel your participation in the messaging program at any time by replying STOP to a message from Just Quit.
Where an unsubscribe link is included in a message, you may also use that link to unsubscribe.
After you unsubscribe, we may send one final text message confirming that your opt-out request has been processed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive marketing text messages unless you opt in again.
Opting out of text messages will not necessarily unsubscribe you from email communications or prevent Just Quit from sending legally permitted non-marketing or service-related communications through other channels.
For assistance, reply HELP to a message where that functionality is supported.

Text messaging services are provided through participating mobile carriers.
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed, incomplete, or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by your carrier, device, network availability, location, account status, or other circumstances outside our control.
Just Quit does not guarantee that every message will be delivered or received within a particular period.
Before changing your mobile telephone number or transferring it to another person, you agree to unsubscribe by replying STOP, using an unsubscribe link where available, or notifying us at ayelet@quitnow.co.
You are responsible for informing us if you are no longer the subscriber or customary user of a telephone number enrolled in the messaging program.
Information collected through the messaging program will be handled according to our Privacy Policy:
https://just-quit.co/privacy-policy/
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect mobile telephone numbers, consent records, and messaging information.
We may modify, suspend, or terminate the messaging program, or any feature of it, at any time.
We may also update these Messaging Terms & Conditions periodically. Changes will become effective when the updated terms are posted on our website, unless a different effective date is stated.
Your continued participation in the messaging program after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated terms.
If you do not agree to an update, you should unsubscribe from the messaging program.
